Cancellation Policy

ROLL-A-WAY RENTALS, LLC – DUMPSTER RENTAL AGREEMENT This agreement is between Roll-A-Way Rentals, LLC ("Company") and the Customer listed below ("Customer") for temporary dumpster rental services in the Augusta/CSRA area. 1. RENTAL TERMS & PRICING Size & Rate: 12-Yard ($325) — Included Weight: 1 Ton | Overage: $68/ton 15-Yard ($365) — Included Weight: 1.5 Tons | Overage: $68/ton 20-Yard ($415) — Included Weight: 2.0 Tons | Overage: $68/ton 2. PROHIBITED ITEMS & EXTRA FEES To comply with Georgia environmental laws and local landfill regulations, the following items CANNOTbe placed in the dumpster: Hazardous waste, liquid paint, chemicals, motor oil, batteries, or asbestos. Special Items (Subject to Landfill Surcharges): Tires ($15 each), Mattresses/Box Springs ($25 each), Large Appliances ($30 each). Penalty: If prohibited hazardous items are found, the Customer faces a minimum $150 hazardous sorting fee plus any government fines. 3. LOADING LIMITS Debris must be completely level with the top rim of the dumpster. Do not load materials above the top rail.If the dumpster is overloaded, Roll-A-Way Rentals, LLC reserves the right to refuse pickup, and the Customer will owe a $75 dry-run fee for the delayed trip. 4. PROPERTY & LIABILITY DAMAGE The Customer designates the placement spot for the dumpster. Roll-A-Way Rentals, LLC is not liable for any structural or surface damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, or underground utilities (sprinklers, septic lines) resulting from the weight of the truck or dumpster. Driveway protection (placing plywood under the wheels) is highly recommended. 5. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION The Customer authorizes Roll-A-Way Rentals, LLC to keep a credit card on file and automatically charge it for the base rental fee, plus any post-pickup weight overages, extended day fees, or prohibited item penalties.
